On March 8, 2026, I'll be pounding the pavement to break the stigma surrounding mental health and to champion accessible mental healthcare for all.

These programs include vital support groups and life-changing presentations like "In Our Own Voice" and "Ending the Silence," as well as educational courses, such as "Family-to-Family," that empower families supporting loved ones with mental health conditions.
