Hi Friends and Family,

I'm thrilled to share that I'll be participating in the upcoming NYC Marathon in November 2024 alongside three of my closest friends! 

Since graduating college and transitioning away from my lacrosse career, I've been actively seeking new avenues for competition, training, and reigniting my passion for running. This marathon offers a unique opportunity to challenge myself beyond my comfort zone, all while running with a sense of purpose.

I'm reaching out to you today to ask for your support in raising funds for Zara's Center. Situated in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, Zara's Center plays a crucial role as an after-school refuge for AIDS orphans and vulnerable children in Emganwini Township. Through an array of essential support services encompassing daily meals, academic enrichment, medical care, work training, recreation, and artistic development, Zara's Center provides these children with the necessary resources to thrive despite the adversities they face.
