A MESSAGE FROM My Miles, Their Mission - TeamNPF
I don’t live with psoriatic disease, but I am a proud advocate and volunteer with the National Psoriasis Foundation. Through my involvement, I’ve met and learned from people whose lives are impacted every day by a condition that is often misunderstood, underestimated, and invisible to the outside world.
I’m fortunate to be able to run. Many people living with psoriatic disease face daily pain, fatigue, and limitations that most runners never experience. Running the Chicago Marathon is my way of showing up as an ally using my strength, time, and miles to support those who deserve better awareness, better care, and continued research.
This race is more than 26.2 miles. It’s about standing with a community, turning advocacy into action, and helping fund the research, education, and patient support programs that truly make a difference.
Thank you for supporting my run and for standing with the psoriatic disease community. Every mile and every donation moves us closer to clearer days ahead.
