A MESSAGE FROM Alex
New York Common Pantry has been my home away from home throughout the pandemic, and does great work all over NYC reducing hunger while promoting dignity, health, and self-sufficiency.

I ran my first marathon in 2020 (with the extraordinary help of many NYCP friends) around and around Central Park.

Sadly, you won't be able to jump out on the road to join me this time around, but I'm VERY excited to be running the real live 2021 NYC Marathon, my first on an official course!

I am happy to run in support of NYCP. Any contributions are appreciated. I will match any donations made via this page. 

I hope to see many familiar faces November 7th! As race day approaches, please let me know if you plan to be a spectator, so I know where to look for you. There will be an NYCP cheer station at 109th/5th, but seeing you anywhere along the route would be a great boost!
