As of today we officially hit $2500 raised for CASA of Cook County! I wanted to take the chance to thank everyone for your part in all this! Whether you trolled me with a song on your long runs, messed up my fantasy lineup, or simply donated because this is an awesome cause - thank you all!! However, as I still have over a month until this campaign ends - we're stretching for $3000! So if you're reading this, please pass this on to friends, family, and anyone else who wants to make a difference in the lives of foster children. Let's keep going!

A MESSAGE FROM Alex Hummels for CASA of Cook County
I have been participating in the Subaru CASA Cycling Challenge with my family since 2018 in support of children in Tippecanoe County (IN), and am excited to raise money to support children in Cook County (IL) this year! 

The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County have been supporting foster children since 1986 by protecting their rights, facilitating quick transitions into permanent, loving homes, and providing resources for independent life outside of the foster system. CASA of Cook County currently advocates for over 600 children and strives to benefit even more. You can read more about CASA of Cook County here: https://casacookcounty.org/about/

I am looking to raise $2500, the cost of assigning one advocate to a foster child for an entire year. Your donation will help provide a child with life-changing advocacy, and no donation is too small. Thank you for your support!
