I’m running the 2026 New York City Marathon with Team Boomer, and while 26.2 miles is a huge challenge, I’m even more excited to be doing it for such an important cause.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-threatening disease that affects the lungs and digestive system, making everyday things like breathing and staying healthy a constant challenge. There have been amazing advances in treatment, but there’s still no cure.
