As many of you know, we are fortunate enough to know several SEALs, including one I graduated high school with and went onto be a member of SEAL team 5. Gunnar was fortunate enough to be pinned with his Trident and more at his 10 year retirement party and it remains on his vest to this day.

 The Navy SEAL Foundation does a tremendous amount for these amazing heroes that often go unrecognized, but they need funding to do so. We will be participating virtually in the San Diego Joggin' for Frogmen 5K next month and we are hoping that you will consider helping us exceed our goal for this amazing foundation.
