A MESSAGE FROM Annie
On May 18, 2019 my family and I will join the entire Eagles organization and others from the community to ride, run or walk in the Eagles Autism Challenge. This event is dedicated to raising funds for innovative research and programs to address the complex issues presented by the condition of autism.
As many of you know, our family has experienced first hand how Autism/Aspergers can impact an individual and family. Our oldest son, Aidan, was diagnosed as an Aspie in 2nd grade. He has blossomed into such an amazing young man of whom we could not be more proud. Aidan is extremely high-functioning but does face challenges that neuro-typical kids don’t normally have to overcome.
