A MESSAGE FROM Annie

FIGHT FOR IT!! It is the philosophy of the Hard Yard to continue to fight even when things are hard and uncomfortable. Cancer patients bring an entire new meaning to this phrase, as they are in the fight for their lives. I am proud to know some of the most courageous people who have fought this disease hard. My buddy Carly (pictured above) is one of them. She was diagnosed just shy of 2 years old, but today can proudly say she WON. At 7 years old, Carly is cancer free, and my inspiration to do this page. Please help me reach my fundraising goal in order to assist in finding a cure for this terrible disease. And get moving for the month of September! 50 meaningful miles - walk, bike, swim, run! Get ‘em done!

I am taking on Team In Training’s Resilience Challenge to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. I will conquer 50 miles throughout the month of September, Blood Cancer Awareness Month, while fundraising and raising awareness for blood cancers. Blood cancer patients need our support now more than ever in these challenging times. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is at the forefront of the fight against cancer and provides critical support to blood cancer patients across the country. I invite you to be #TNTRESILIENT in the face of cancer by making a donation or by joining me in this challenge!
