A MESSAGE FROM Avery's NYC Marathon Team for Climate Fundraising Page
I’m fundraising with NYRR Team for Climate to help reduce the Carbon Footprint of the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon. Although this will be my 4th marathon, this is my first time running NYC! In additional to running, the climate crisis and the environment have been a passion of mine throughout school and my career. I obtained my B.S. in Earth & Environmental Sciences from UNC Charlotte in 2022 and have been working in the clean energy industry ever since. Your full donation will go toward the purchase of carbon offsets from Anew Climate! Please consider donating to help me run in support of NYRR on its journey toward Net Zero by 2040.
