My son Bryce,was diagnosed with Autism in the summer of 2018 when he was still 2 years old. If anything, this diagnosis makes me love him more. However, given the growing prevalence in children diagnosed (now 1 in 59) and the sheer lack of a) available resources for these children AND b) Scientific understanding of the causes as well as best practices for therapy for those on the spectrum, I find it very important to raise $ towards research in those 2 areas. As a big Eagles fan, this event meshes 2 of my passions in life into 1 great event. Please consider donating to such a great cause. About the Event: On May 18, 2019 I will join the entire organization and thousands of others from the community to ride, run or walk in the Eagles Autism Challenge. This event is dedicated to raising funds for innovative research and programs to address the complex issues presented by the condition of autism. By providing the necessary resources to thought leaders, we can advance scientific breakthroughs. All participant-raised funds, 100 %, will go directly towards autism research and/or programs at beneficiary partners, as together we shift from autism awareness to action.
