A MESSAGE FROM Bridget's Fundraising Page
Hi! My name is Bridget O'Toole, and I am excited to be running the 2024 New York City Marathon as a part of the Sunrise Team. 

My mother has been working at Sunrise Association since 2017, raising money and awareness for their mission: Sunrise Day Camp is a full summer day camp for children with cancer and their siblings, offered completely free of charge. Sunrise Day Camp, along with the Sunrise Association’s Year-Round Programming and In-Hospital Recreational Activities, brings back the simple joys of childhood to hundreds of children impacted by pediatric cancer.

I have volunteered at Sunrise Day Camps Long Island various times: hosting fundraising events at my high school, captaining a walks team, helping to beautify the camp grounds for when the children return in the summer, and spending time at camp over the summer. 

I will be running in honor of the children and families that Sunrise serves. Please support my fundraising efforts and help bring joy to children with cancer and their siblings. No donation is too small!
