I'm so excited to train for the marathon again this year and to raise awareness and funds for the most vulnerable individuals in Chicago–children in the Cook County foster care system who have experienced abuse and/or neglect. I volunteered as a CASA, a court advocate for 2 years and saw firsthand how hard this organization works to protect and support these kids.
