A MESSAGE FROM Bryn's NYC Marathon Fundraising - Minding Your Mind
Hi All! I will be running the NYC marathon on November 6th, 2022 on behalf of an amazing organization - Minding Your Mind. 

Minding Your Mind provides mental health education and suicide prevention training in schools, communities, and workplaces nationwide.  Your support will help them reach a greater number of students, teaching them that it's OK to not be OK and how to ask for help for themselves or someone else.  Minding Your Mind's presentations provide education on anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction, suicide ideation, self-harm, bullying and more.  

So thank YOU for helping to break stigma and change the conversation about mental health - it is so important!!
