Support me and NAMI-NYC as I run the 50th Anniversary 2021 TCS New York City Marathon! 


NAMI-NYC helps families and individuals affected by mental illness build better lives through education, support, and advocacy. As a mental health leader in New York City, NAMI-NYC provides the most comprehensive family and peer support system. Their core programs are nationally recognized, evidence based programs - and since 1982 have provided support to a vastly under-served population of families and individuals who live with mental illness. 


Over the past few years running has helped me manage my own mental health and better support those around me working to do the same. I am so grateful for this opportunity to pay it forward and contribute towards a day when all people with mental health conditions can get the care they need. 


Your donations will help NAMI-NYC provide education, support, and advocacy to over 30,000 New Yorkers yearly, all free-of-charge to anyone who needs them.
