Please support my fundraising efforts for the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon as I will be running once again in honor of a Maureen who was diagnosed with glioblastoma in August 2021.  Last year I came out of “marathon retirement” to run the 2021 NYC Marathon to support our close friend Maureen who was diagnosed with brain cancer.  Maureen is a wife and mother of two who continues to fight the toughest battle of her life.  She is a fighter and always keeps a positive attitude.

My wife and I pledged to help her and her family in any way possible and last year the thought of running the 2021 NYC Marathon in her honor came to mind.  I ran with Maureen’s name on my shirt and hearing the crowd yell her name was humbling.  I was able to see Maureen at the end of the marathon and present her my finisher medal. 

Last year it was just me running for Maureen and this year there will be five of us running NYC in support to her.

My goal is for many people to learn Maureen’s story, and  to raise money for the Brain Tumor Foundation.
