When I was 13 years old. I unfortunately lost my father to cancer. I remember being a kid and my parents going to his chemotherapy appointments, while also figuring out who was going to pick my sister and I up for school. Not only that, but they had to worry about paying bills on top of battling his cancer. The bills do not stop coming just because you are fighting a deadly disease.
My mother ended up becoming a single parent and raising two teenage twin daughters. She struggled for quite some time.
This organization is here to help people with paying their bills and everyday necessities so that they can worry about the most important thing- fighting the cancer. I appreciate all of your support.
