I have committed to raising $ 3,500 for TFFT to continue their mission of bringing quality education to the youth of Tanzania, where by this year 2025 the population will increase by 10 million with 75% under the age of 30 years old. Not only does TFFT promote upward mobility for this growing population in academics, they nurture their social, emotional and physical well being as well launching them into young adulthood with a holistic approach.

 Securing quality education and emotional support for orphan and vulnerable children is vital so that they may reach their full potential and thrive in their communities. On a personal level as I strive to give our three daughters a sound education, I can't help but try to spread the importance of global educational initiatives such as TFFT.  Running works for me and my family as it improves my life in many ways. I pray it can be used to raise awareness and support  the future which are our youth.

 When I learned about TFFT and how they are headquartered right here in Charlotte my hometown. I reached out immediately and sought to learn more about how I can use my body through running to raise money for TFFT.  I hope to get more involved right here in Charlotte and will continue to update everyone with my progress towards Berlin. I included a picture of my family in Berlin and myself running past the Brandenburg Gate summer of 2023.  Little did I know, two years later this incredible opportunity with TFFT would come into my life to return to Berlin after fundraising for this great organization.
