I am running the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon for Harlem Lacrosse. Harlem Lacrosse is a school-based youth organization whose mission is to provide opportunities, relationships, and experiences that activate the skills and traits to put youth on a path to success as students, athletes, and citizens. In my 4 years as a Program Director at P.S. 149, I learned firsthand what a difference the wraparound support Harlem Lacrosse provides can make and was continuously impressed with and inspired by the student-athletes with whom I was lucky enough to work. The study halls, practices, mentoring, tutoring, counseling, and everything else Harlem Lacrosse does empowers youth to live up to their full potential. 

The NYC Marathon plays a vital role every year in making Harlem Lacrosse’s year-round programming available to over 1000 student-athletes in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Boston and Los Angeles. As I train to run on behalf of Harlem Lacrosse's NYC Marathon Team, I am inviting you to join me supporting Harlem Lacrosse and all of the amazing things our student-athletes do on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities.
