A MESSAGE FROM Emily Runs the NYC Marathon!
I'm so proud to be running the NYC marathon this November with Project Renewal. Project Renewal does more than just house our neighbors - they work holistically to ensure that the people they serve have everything they need to thrive: a home, healthcare, and job support. You can read more about them below, or on their website.

Throughout my training, I'll be updating this page so that you can follow along. If you have any questions or fun fundraising ideas, I'd love to hear them! And if you're based in New York and ever want a running buddy, I'll be running pretty much every day from now until November, and I'd love some company. 

For over 50 years Project Renewal has helped homeless New Yorkers renew their lives with health, homes and jobs. They help empower individuals and families to rebuild their lives, find and stay in permanent homes, and return to stability and self-reliance. Each year they provide services to nearly 15,000 individuals and families in New York City.
