A MESSAGE FROM Landon

In 2019 my third son, Nikolai, passed away suddenly at the age of 12 weeks. My family has been devastated by his absence and the life that will not be. Running has been an outlet for my grief and a way for me to feel closer to Nikolai.

I’m running the New York City Marathon in honor of my son. In raising money for First Candle, I hope to help bring the number of SIDS deaths closer to zero and to ensure those who have experienced loss have the support they need.
