When I returned to the U.S. after teaching in Japan for several years, I wanted to help promote education in any way that I could. Luckily, I happened to find Reading to Kids on the internet, and it has been a wonderful experience! Helping to increase literacy and fostering a positive learning environment for kids has been such a fulfilling experience and I wouldn't trade it for anything else. And to top it all off, once a year I get use one of my hobbies (running) to help support this organization in a major way :)
