A MESSAGE FROM Jolie's NYC Marathon Fundraising
I am honored to be fundraising + running the NYC Marathon in support of the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Fund (ADDF).
Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive, neurodegenerative illness that impacts an individual’s memory, thinking, and behavioral skills. As of July 6, 2023, only one drug meant to slow the progression of the disease has been granted full regulatory approval. This marks a huge step forward in the ADDF's relentless efforts to cure this devastating disease.
I would be honored if you would consider supporting the work of the ADDF through my fundraising for the NYC Marathon. 100% of your donation directly goes to the ADDF's efforts. Truly every donation counts, especially with your prayers and good vibes!
I owe a big thank you to Joely Simon for introducing me to the work of the ADDF! I am running in honor of my beloved elderly church community at St. Francis Xavier who have been heavily affected by this disease. We have so much to learn from the generations that have come before us. I am confident that the work of the ADDF will extend the memories and lives of our loved ones for years to come.
