Friends, not only do I work at Dress for Success, but I also believe in the outreach and mission and am excited this year to have a Staff Team raising funds in our Power Moves campaign. Each week we see the power of transformation in women who receive one on one guidance with networking skills, support in answering difficult interview questions, and changes in beliefs and attitudes during our 6-week cohort programs.
Your donation can have a meaningful impact on the life of a woman who simply needs an opportunity and a helping hand to move forward. Every dollar raised stays right here in Chicago, directly supporting women in our community. While my personal fundraising goal is modest, I would love to surpass it and help our team reach its collective goal of $1,000. Here's how you can help:
•$540 covers a full year of services
•$250 supports 6 months of networking and development opportunities
•$100 provides upskilling and reskilling for career advancement
•$50 covers one session of financial education
•$30 equips a woman with interview attire
The team and I commit to 4 staff walks this summer, and on August 22nd, Wrigley and I will take a special walk in honor of all the women yet to serve the remainder of this year.
