I'm Hannah Brenner and I'm a junior nursing student at UT Austin. My little sister Courtney lost her best friend, Chloe Childress, to the 4th of July floods at Camp Mystic. Chloe was an avid runner, and Courtney has since picked up running. Courtney and I will be running the 5k in honor of Chloe and the 26 other girls who lost their lives that night. Each girl was unique, yet they all shared values of kindness, generosity, love, and joy. To carry that spirit forward, their families created the Heaven's 27 Foundation.
