A MESSAGE FROM Emory's Fundraising Page
Hi All! My name is Emory but you can call me Em. I’m running in the Chicago Marathon on behalf of my cousin Evy. She will remain the most vibrant person I’ve ever known. She brought a flash of beauty and energy to everyone she met. Hard to forget and remembered by all, she lost her battle with depression at the beginning of the pandemic. I can’t think of a better organization to raise money for on her behalf. NoStigmas believes “in a world without shame or discrimination related to mental health, brain disease, behavioral disorders, trauma, suicide and addiction with universal access to mental health education, support, and resources.” We all know someone or have experienced something in this space ourselves and it’s so important that everyone gets the same access to help. Please consider donating – any amount is appreciated! Help me honor my cousin in the best way I can think of.
