I’m officially running the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon! Training is going to be brutal, but I’m doing it for to help a organization that means a lot to me: Lumpen Radio (WLPN-LP 105.5FM). You guys know how much I love this city—Lumpen is one of the few places left that truly amplifies the voices we don’t hear anywhere else, from youth reporters and immigrant storytellers to local artists and grassroots news.

​I’m running because independent media matters. It’s what keeps our communities informed, connected, and heard. Every donation helps me get through those 26.2 miles and, more importantly, keeps this vital community platform on the air.
