Hello friends and family, as many of you know we are big supporters of the The Shamrock races! For many years, Kevin and I have run the 8k race and now the kids participate in The Final Mile. But our favorite part of the event is hosting the 70th Street beer stop on Sunday during the marathon and half marathon. We offer a shot of “liquid gold” to the runners and provide support, encouragement, and lots of loud bells and clappers!!! This year I am also supporting a fantastic organization by raising funds and awareness for the River Ellis Foundation while training for the race. Please donate if you can, any amount makes a difference and helps provide a sunrise for someone who really needs it!
