Molly, A run like this can fool people. From the outside, it looks simple, measurable, miles stacked one after another, time ticking on a watch. Clean. Orderly. But the truth is, it’s neither of those things. It’s a story unfolding in real time, and this one carries Chloe with it. You don’t leave something like that behind. You carry it. Quietly. Steadily. In every step, in every breath. The kind of friendship you and Chloe shared doesn’t retreat when things get hard. It steps forward. It holds its ground. It asks something of you, and you’ve answered. Chloe lived that way. No noise about it. No need for attention. Just strength that held, grace that stayed. The kind that leaves a mark long after the moment has passed. And somehow, it’s still here, because you are. Moving forward, mile by mile, with her stitched into the fabric of it all. That’s how this works, I think.
