A MESSAGE FROM Cassidy’s 5K Hopes & Dreams
A while back I had the idea to start running. When I brought this up to my husband he laughed… because let’s face it Cassidy ≠ running. This is something I’ve wanted to do for myself after becoming a mom. You know a few minutes to myself (but like I’m running… silly me). 

When I went to sign up for a Disney run I saw I could run for charity as well. Why not accomplish my personal goals and raise money for a Veterans charity as well?!

Team RWB is forging America's leading health and wellness community for Veterans and their supporters. Team RWB offers in person and virtual events to our members and chapters to foster that sense of fitness, friendship, and fellowship that Veterans saw in their units during their service and long to see in their communities where they live and work.
