I am thrilled to share that I will be running the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon on November 3rd with my dad and raising money for Allied Service’s pediatric rehab programs! 

After tracking my dad and sister Sara on my phone as they made their way through NYC’s five burroghs and cross the finish line during last year’s marathon, I was incredibly inspired and caught the running bug. This past May, I completed Cincinnati’s Flying Pig Half Marathon with my parents which was an amazing experience. And I am looking forward to running the NYC marathon with my dad (this will be his 18th marathon!! and my first :)). Running has made a tremendous impact on my physical and mental health and the training is something I truly look forward to. 

I will be participating with Team Allied Services, a charity campaign benefiting pediatric rehab at Allied Services, which as a mom of two young boys, I can’t imagine a better cause. Each year, 1,200 children receive essential care thanks to the Allied Services, a non-profit health system serving children in NE & Central Pennsylvania. Specialized rehab services are crucial for children with disabilities, helping them achieve their full potential. Your donation can make a huge difference in their lives.
