A MESSAGE FROM Tom Syzek/Team Cry Havoc for 2025 Tampa Bay Frogman
On January 19th, I'll be participating in the 16th annual Tampa Bay Frogman Swim in support of the Navy SEAL Foundation. The 3.5 mile cold water swim across Tampa Bay is a small challenge compared to what our naval special operators endure in their sacrifice for our country. The Tampa Bay Frogman Swim was borne out of the need to help one severely injured Navy SEAL. The event has now evolved to support all wounded and fallen Naval Special Warfare personnel and their families through the work of the Navy SEAL Foundation, consistently rated a top, four star charity by Charity Navigator. The goal of the Tampa Bay Frogman Swim is to build national awareness of the Naval Special Warfare community and support the Foundation whose mission is to provide immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community and their families. Please support our event and the Foundation and help us "never leave a man behind."

    Dear Tom, I have delayed until this day, November 19, to engage in sending you a donation to swim the 2025 Tampa Bay Frogman. It is the anniversary of the convocation to honor the more than seven thousand soldiers of the United States of America and Confederate States who brutally slashed at each other and died in the hills and fields around Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, my home state. It is on this day when Lincoln addressed the assembled to remind them of the import of the Declaration of Independence and of the perceived truth that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Lincoln harbored no confidence that our country could “long endure,” however gave honor to “those (who) gave their lives that our nation might live.” It is on Jan 19, 2025 when you, with support from Dom, will do the same, “honor those who gave their lives that our nation might live.” As the construction and institutions of our nation are now under assault from a new administration, please accept my donation from one of “vermin and enemy within” to support the “losers and suckers” who have kept our country safe.
