This year I'll be doing the Boston Waterfront 5K on June 15 to raise money for Mass ME. In December 2023, my dear friend Beth took her own life after living for 15 years with the devastating condition myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), and I have several other friends who still suffer from the disease.
