RACE WEEKEND
We made it to race week!! Every one of you supported me in this journey! Whether it was running together, catch up calls during my long runs, making dinners 😜, being flexible when I was too sleepy to hang, encouraging texts, or last minute chiropracting, your dedication to support me means so much! These memories will really help me push through the hard miles!
Also wanted to share this picture I found of my dad & I running together (twins)! Over a decade ago (!) he got me into running & taught me about resilience, endurance, & commitment. Today, his positive attitude throughout the journey of Parkinson’s constantly encourages me. I am so happy to run my first marathon with the Parkinson’s foundation & celebrate this achievement together.

We are over halfway there! I am astonished by the support I have received so far! Thank you to everyone that has donated or shared a personal Parkinson’s story. It is so encouraging & helps me push through on my training runs!
The Lap-a-thon in the park was a great success & really raised awareness! SHOUTOUT to Raising Canes Huntington Beach for sponsoring!
