Pedaling for Protein
I’ve been riding bikes for most of my adult life, and I love the challenge of a long ride. This year, I’m excited to combine that passion with something that matters even more—helping people in our communities who are struggling to put nutritious food on the table.
I’m riding Pedal for Protein, a four-day, 228-mile ride along the Northern California coast. The funds raised help local food pantries provide protein-rich foods like peanut butter, tuna, beans, eggs and yogurt to families, children and seniors in need.
My faith has taught me that we’re called to love our neighbors and serve others whenever we have the opportunity. For me, this is a small but meaningful way to do that—one mile and one dollar at a time.
I’d be grateful for your support. Every contribution, large or small, will help put good, nutritious food on someone’s table.
Thanks for riding along with me!
