A MESSAGE FROM Jacqueline Kelly-McHale's LA Marathon Fundraising Page
In 2022, my husband was diagnosed with MSA. At the time he and I would routinely take long bike rides, walk miles, and manage our family. However, the effects of this rare disease have changed that. And so, I am supporting Mission MSA by participating in the 2027 ASICS Los Angeles Marathon. Please help me support Mission MSA by making a donation today! I am not a distance runner, but I recognize that my ability to do this can help to raise awareness and funds for a rare disease that is often called a combination of ALS and Parkinson's. So, I will work to run a marathon in support of my husband who cannot.
Mission MSA is a 501(c)(3) charitable patient advocacy organization devoted to improving the quality of life and building hope for people affected by MSA by offering emotional support, providing trusted education, and funding patient-centric research.
