Having lived in the city for over three years, my respect for first responders runs deep. They are the lifeblood of NYC, tirelessly protecting the city day in and day out. When I stumbled upon Answer the Call's mission to aid the children and families of fallen first responders, it struck a profound chord. The thought of losing a parent, spouse, or loved one is an indescribable pain, one that resonates deeply with all of us.
