Eleven years ago, I showed up to my first Back on My Feet morning run not really knowing what to expect. I was instantly welcomed and quickly moved by the mission and community. My plan to volunteer one morning a week quickly turned into three, and I knew I wanted to become more involved and make a deeper impact. Eventually, I joined the staff, and today I'm proud to serve as Executive Director. This year, I'm running the Meaningful Miles 5K to help fund the foundation for the next eleven years of that work.
