My name is Jeffrey and there are two things I love doing 

1. Running 

2. Running for a Good Cause 

When I was at my lowest point with my mental health in 2015 I started running because all I had was my trainers and my 

aspiration for my life to change for the better. I knew it was time for ME to take action for things to change. 

And I did! I started to find healing, confidence, and self-love with every step that I started to take. 

After completing my first race in 2016 I decided that I want to support others with the races that I get to run. 

In 2023 the universe connected me with the incredible work that (RED) takes action in to end AIDS and I knew then, 

supporting this cause was the purpose I was looking for. 

Growing up with, and inspired by my Uncle B, a survivor of the 80s AIDS epidemic, this cause is close truly to my heart. 

My Uncle B isn't just a survivor; he's a pillar of strength who has redefined my perception of what it means to be gay, strong, and thriving. 

Together let's end stigmatization, let’s get people tested so they can get treated, together LET'S END AIDS TOGETHER! 

On World AIDS Day 2023, I had the honor of connecting with (RED) for the very first time, then I got to fundraise and run the Boston Marathon 2023 with the amazing (RED) Team. 

In the words of Whitney Houston “Step by Step”. 

And I am so excited for the next step together:
