A MESSAGE FROM Leah’s Fundraising Page
This fall, I am running the 2024 TCS New York Marathon in support of Girls Gotta Run Foundation (GGRF), whose work is incredibly meaningful to me. GGRF empowers girls in Ethiopia by investing in their education and athletic opportunities. Just $85 per month supports the participation of a girl and her mom in the GGR program. The program promotes education, running, life skills, and savings and entrepreneurial skills. Please support my fundraising efforts for the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon. No donation is too small.     I am making this donation in honor of a friend who I have known for 40+ years. Linda is an amazing woman who has always exuded warmth, kindness and an extraordinary intellect. We first met when we were resident hall advisors together at the University of Connecticut. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding to Creighton English in 1984. Linda is a devoted wife to the love of her life, Chan Byun and is the mother of two beautiful sons, Kenneth and Julian.
