My name is Terri Monken - 1st time marathon runner. My dream has been to run the NYC marathon... dreams do come true... I've been invited to run in the 50th NYC Marathon on 11/7/2021!!!!!! Game ON!! I'm beyond excited!! Ready for the many challenges training and race day will present - I have chosen to support and partner with the Melanoma Education Foundation. They have an incredible track record of saving lives from melanoma for over 20 years and they've been an official NYRR Charity Partner for 10+ years.  At last count over 1700 high schools and middle schools in all 50 states were using their free online lessons and videos.
