As many of you are aware, I have an Autism Spectrum Disorder. This condition has served as a challenge and an inspiration and ultimately has made me the person that I am today. This complex neurological and developmental condition currently affects 1 in 59 individuals in this country alone, with many of them not realizing their full potential. There is still a lot that needs to be done whether it is helping people with ASDs or research to help future generations of people affected by ASDs.

Because of the impact that having an ASD has had on my life, I want to support others with similar challenges. On May 16, 2020 I will join the entire Eagles organization and thousands of others from the community to ride, run or walk in the Eagles Autism Challenge. This event is dedicated to raising funds for innovative research and programs to address the complex issues presented by the condition of autism. By providing the necessary resources to thought leaders, we can advance scientific breakthroughs. All participant-raised funds, 100 %, will go directly towards autism research and/or programs at beneficiary institutions, as together we shift from autism awareness to action. I have done this event every year since it's inceptions in 2018 and I fully support it's mission.
