Training Update....September 8, 2021

Training has been kicking into high gear!  The heat down here in Florida is preparing me for an unseasonably warm NYC Marathon this year (I hope not!).  I've been lucky enough to be able to get my runs in nice and early in the morning, so the sun isn't much of a factor.  My long runs are ramping-up and I am looking forward to running a few laps of Central Park during my next visit to the Big Apple.

I am proud to run the 2021 TCS New York City Marathon to support SNACK*, a haven where children, teens and young adults with autism and other special needs can find special programming and "Fun, Friends, & Hope".
