Hey everyone,
I hope you're doing well. I've got some exciting news to share: I'm going to run another marathon! Yep, you heard that right. I did one before I had my kids, and now I'm getting ready to do it again.
As a single mom, I've faced my fair share of challenges, but through it all, my children have been my greatest source of strength and inspiration. I've made the decision to run this marathon in support of mental health advocacy and suicide awareness. This cause holds immense significance for me, as I've witnessed firsthand the impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals and families. I want to do my part in raising awareness, breaking down stigma, and ensuring that those in need have access to the support and resources they deserve. I want my children to be proud of me. I want them to see that even in the face of adversity, I'm choosing to turn my experiences into something positive and meaningful. I want to show them that no matter what life throws our way, we have the power to make a difference and inspire change.
However, I cannot achieve this goal alone. I am reaching out to you, my friends, family, and community, for your support. By sponsoring me in this marathon, you will not only be helping me achieve a personal milestone but also contributing to a cause that affects so many lives.
Your contribution will go directly to NoStigmas, an organization dedicated to providing support, education, and advocacy for those affected by mental health issues and suicide awareness. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of individuals and families who are struggling.
Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated and will make a meaningful impact. Your support will serve as a source of motivation for me as I train and prepare for this challenge.
Thank you for considering supporting me on this journey. Your generosity and encouragement means the world to me.
Stay awesome
You're not alone!
