As founders of the Children’s Brain Tumor Network, CBTF champions collaboration to drive research forward and address the often devastating long-term effects of treatment. Your support helps ensure that children, survivors, and families across the country receive the community, resources, and hope they need. This foundation means a lot to me because my younger sister was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of 8 (she will be 23 by the time I run)and since then has endured so many surgeries. She is my warrior and my hero! I also have seen first hand how brain tumors can completely change the dynamics of a family and I want to do my part and help the transition.
