Please join me as Bear's teams up with the Hartford Marathon Foundation to bring awareness to the importance of both physical and mental health. All fundraising dollars I receive will be donated specifically to All Souls Counseling (Asheville, NC) to provide mental health training and services to Hospitality Workers as part of the Linked4Life movement I founded in 2020. L4L aims to break the stigma of mental health by leading local, community based initiatives. The January Jumpstart is a great initiative to start 2024 and get us all thinking about how we can take better care for ourselves and our communities. PS - In January I will be challenging myself to either bike 10 miles a day or run 3 miles.
