A MESSAGE FROM Jogging For Jeff
A marathon is a testament of strength, discipline, and hard work. These same three characteristics have been driving my dad towards recovery. In September of 2022, my dad endured a complication from a procedure leading him to live with a brain injury. Since then, he has shown strength through a month long hospital stay, worked hard during a month long rehabiliation, and continues to be disciplined with at home exercises to work back to his baseline. Using those same attributes, my dad has previously run the New York City Marathon 5 times and, now, it’s my turn. Through this partnership, I am hoping to team up alongside my dad and prove that hard work pays off! Any and all contributions to my page in support of myself, my family, and/or the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation are greatly appreciated and will go to support other people and families going through this journey.
