For those who don’t know my story yet… I was diagnosed with breast cancer this past November. To say it’s been a road since then would be an understatement. I had surgery back in December and am currently in the middle of chemotherapy. My kids are my strength and keep me going even on the hard days. With the help of family and friends, I WILL beat this! If it’s taught me anything it’s to advocate for your health. This journey is one I never thought in a million years I’d be on but here I am. Many people have asked, what can I do to help? Well please consider donating to help the future of breast cancer research, help and support right here in CT.

Thank you for supporting the Connecticut Breast Health Initiative! The Connecticut Breast Health Initiative, Inc. (CT BHI) is a state-wide non-profit organization making a significant impact in the quest to find a cure for breast cancer by providing grants to support education and research in Connecticut. Founded in 2005, it has been our goal to find answers in our lifetime.
