Hey, y'all! 

Only five weeks left until the 2019 Houston Marathon Race Weekend. Which means just five more weeks to get fully in shape for my 21K race! 

On January 20th I will be running the Aramco Houston half for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Will you help me raise awareness and help raise money for this good cause? Learn more about what is CF and the CF Foundation's work here: https://www.cff.org.
