A MESSAGE FROM Ada’s fundraising page
I walk in memory of my dear sister in Christ Lorraine. It’s been nearly three years since she lost her battle to ovarian cancer. Lorraine and I did our first walk on September 26, 2016. Exactly two months later, ovarian cancer took her away. Early detention could have made a difference, but reality is that early detention is not part of women yearly routine wellness check. That is why I walk, to support research and early detention of Ovarian and Cervical Cancer.
The funds raised will go toward education, awareness outreach, and survivors support services at Kindah Foundation!
